Working principle of Vertical Grinding Mill Coal:
Feeding and Fabric: The electric motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, and the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feeding port through the air lock feeder.
Rolling and grinding: With the rotation of the grinding disc, the material moves towards the edge of the disc under the action of centrifugal force. During the movement, the material passes through the annular groove on the grinding disc and is crushed by the rolling of the grinding roller. The grinding roller applies pressure to the material on the grinding disc under the action of the hydraulic device, achieving efficient material layer grinding.
Drying and lifting: At the same time, hot air enters the mill through the air inlet and comes into full contact with the material. Materials containing moisture are dried during contact with hot air flow, and the temperature of the hot air can be adjusted according to the humidity of the material to meet the drying requirements of materials with different humidity levels. The dried material is carried up by the high-speed airflow at the wind ring and moves upwards.
Classification screening: When the material in the airflow passes through the upper separator, it is classified under the action of the rotating rotor. Coarse powder falls from the cone hopper onto the grinding disc and is re ground; Qualified fine powder is ground together with the airflow and enters the subsequent dust collection device for collection, becoming the final product.
