Structure
1. Grinding disc: including guide ring, air ring, blocking ring, lining plate, disc body, scraper plate, and lifting device, etc.
2. Grinding roller: The roller sleeve is a wear-resistant component that requires sufficient toughness and good wear resistance.
3. Powder selection machines can be divided into three categories: static, dynamic, and high-efficiency combination powder selection machines:
a. The working principle of a static powder selector is similar to that of a cyclone tube, with a simple structure, no movable parts, and less prone to failure. But the adjustment is not flexible and the separation efficiency is not high.
b. Dynamic powder selection machine is a high-speed rotating cage. When dusty gas passes through the cage, fine particles are brought in by air friction, and coarse particles are directly blocked by blade collision. The speed of the rotor can be adjusted according to requirements. When the speed is high, the discharge fineness becomes finer, which is the same as the classification principle of centrifugal powder selection machine. It has high grading accuracy and convenient fineness control.
c. The efficient combination powder selection machine combines a dynamic powder selection machine (rotating cage) and a static powder selection machine (guide vanes) together, with a cylindrical cage as the rotor and guide vanes evenly distributed around it, allowing the airflow to enter the powder selection machine area evenly, resulting in clear separation of coarse and fine powders and high powder selection efficiency. However, this type of powder selection machine has high resistance, so the wear of the blades is also significant.

Working principle:
The electric motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, and the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feeding port. At the same time, hot air enters the grinding chamber from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding disc and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the circular groove on the grinding disc. The crushed material is carried by the high-speed airflow at the edge of the grinding disc by the wind ring, and the large particles directly fall onto the grinding disc for re grinding. When the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding disc and is ground again under the action of the rotating rotor. The qualified fine powder is ground together with the airflow and collected in the powder collection device, which is the product. Materials containing moisture are dried in contact with hot gas to achieve the required product moisture content.

Advantage

The vertical grinding system has a simple process flow, compact layout, and small building area, occupying about 70% of the floor space of the ball mill system. The building space is about 60% of the ball mill system and can be arranged outdoors, directly reducing the investment cost of the enterprise. And the vertical mill itself has a separator, so there is no need to add a powder selector or lifting equipment. The dust containing gas can be directly collected by bag filter or electrostatic precipitator.
2. High production efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection
The vertical mill adopts the material layer grinding principle to grind materials, with low energy consumption. The power consumption of the grinding system is 20% to 30% lower than that of the ball mill, and the energy-saving effect is more obvious with the increase of raw material moisture. The energy consumption of the vertical grinding system is 30% to 40% lower than that of the ball milling system. The vertical mill does not produce the metal impact sound of steel balls colliding with each other or hitting the lining plate in the ball mill during operation, so the noise is low, 20-25dB lower than that of the ball mill. In addition, the vertical mill adopts a fully enclosed system that operates under negative pressure, with no dust and a clean environment.
3. Strong drying ability of materials
The vertical mill uses hot air to transport materials, and when grinding materials with high moisture content, the inlet air temperature can be controlled to achieve the required final moisture content of the product.
4. Easy to operate and maintain
Equipped with an automatic control system, it can achieve remote control and is easy to operate; By inspecting the oil cylinder and flipping the boom, it is convenient and quick to replace the roller sleeve and lining plate, reducing the downtime losses of the enterprise.
