Description

The HVM series vertical mill is an efficient and energy-saving advanced grinding equipment developed by Hefei Hengcheng after more than 20 years of dedicated research and development, which integrates crushing, drying, grinding, grading, and conveying. This product solves the problems of low production, high energy consumption, and high maintenance costs of ordinary industrial milling machines. Its performance reaches the international advanced level and can replace expensive imported vertical mills, meeting the needs of large-scale, intelligent, and intensive industrial milling.


Working principle:

The electric motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, and the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feeding port. At the same time, hot air enters the grinding chamber from the inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding disc and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the circular groove on the grinding disc. The crushed material is carried up by the high-speed airflow at the wind ring at the edge of the grinding disc, and large particles directly fall onto the grinding disc for re grinding. When the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding disc for re grinding, and the qualified fine powder is discharged with the airflow, Collecting in the powder collection device is the product. Materials containing moisture are dried during contact with hot gases to achieve the required product moisture.

Limestone vertical mill Equipment structure and principle
The electric motor drives the reducer to rotate the grinding disc, and the material is fed into the center of the rotating grinding disc by the lock air feeding equipment. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material enters the powder grinding track. The grinding rod continuously rotates and presses iodine, causing the material to be crushed by squeezing, grinding, and shearing. At the same time, hot air is evenly sprayed upwards from the wind ring surrounding the grinding disc at high speed. The ground material is blown and dried, and enters the classifier with the wind. Qualified fine powder passes smoothly and is collected by the dust collection equipment to form the product. Unqualified coarse powder falls back onto the grinding disc under the action of the classifier blades, and is re ground with the newly fed material. This cycle completes the entire grinding process.
Main unit sectional structure: Adopting standard modular design and manufacturing of pressure device, as the mill capacity increases, the number of grinding rollers will correspondingly increase, which can meet the requirements of different materials, different product fineness and output.

Directly blowing hot air, the hot air comes into direct contact with the material inside the mill, with strong drying ability. The maximum moisture content of the feed can reach 15%, without the need for an additional dryer, saving equipment investment and energy consumption costs.
High reliability
Adopting a grinding roller limiting device to avoid severe vibration caused by material breakage in the mill, a new type of grinding roller sealing device is adopted, which is reliable and does not require a sealing fan, further reducing the oxygen content in the mill and achieving excellent explosion suppression performance.
Low comprehensive investment cost
Integrating crushing, drying, grinding, grading, and conveying, the process flow is simple, the structural layout is compact, and the land area is small, only 50% of that of ball milling. It can be arranged outdoors, with low construction costs, directly reducing investment costs.
