Working principle:

The electric motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through a reducer, and the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feeding port. At the same time, hot air enters the grinding chamber from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding disc and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the circular groove on the grinding disc. The crushed material is carried up by the high-speed airflow at the edge of the grinding disc, and large particles directly fall onto the grinding disc for re grinding. When the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding disc for re grinding, and qualified fine powder is discharged with the airflow, Collect in the powder collection device, which is the product. Materials containing moisture are dried during contact with hot gases to achieve the required product moisture.

Processing technology
Calcite powder production is generally divided into four types: coarse powder processing of calcite (0-3MM), fine powder processing (20-400 mesh), as well as ultrafine powder deep processing of calcite (400-1250 mesh) and micro powder processing (1250-3250 mesh).
Phase 1: Crushing
The large blocks of calcite material are crushed by a crusher to a feed fineness (0mm-50mm) that can enter the grinding machine.
Phase 2: Grinding
The crushed small pieces of calcite are transported to the silo by a hoist, and then evenly and quantitatively fed into the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding by a vibrating feeder.
Stage 3: Grading
The materials after grinding are classified by the powder selection machine, and the unqualified powder is classified by the powder selection machine and returned to the main machine for re grinding.
Stage 4: Powder Collection
The powder that meets the fineness requirements flows through the pipeline and enters the dust collector for separation and collection. The collected finished powder is transported to the finished material warehouse by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then packaged uniformly using a powder tank truck or an automatic packaging machine.
