Working principle: The electric motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through a reducer, and the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feeding port. Advantage
(1) The material is mainly broken and ground by the weight of the grinding roller and the pressure of the pressure device. (2) Due to the fact that the material comes into full contact with the hot gas after entering the mill, and is then suspended in the hot gas after grinding, it can effectively exchange heat energy and dry the material while grinding.
(3) The grinding pressure of the grinding roller is provided by the hydraulic system, which is transmitted to the grinding roller through the pressurization device and rocker arm device, and then applied to the material. By adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic system, the size of the grinding pressure is changed to meet the requirements of grinding materials with different hardness.
(4) In order to avoid severe vibration caused by direct contact between the broken material grinding roller and the grinding disc during the operation of the mill, there should be a certain gap between the grinding roller and the grinding disc. Therefore, a limit device was designed to control the size of the gap, and the thickness of the material under the grinding roller can be known at any time through the limit device, thereby ensuring that the mill operates under safe and economical working conditions.
(5) The roller sleeve and grinding disc lining plate are made of high hardness alloy wear-resistant materials, which have low wear and long service life.
(6) The grinding roller can be flipped out of the machine with the help of an auxiliary oil cylinder, making replacement and maintenance very convenient.
(7) A device is installed around the grinding disc to prevent the wear of the disc seat, adjust the wind speed at the air ring, and ensure the production capacity and economic operation of the vertical mill.
(8) The separator is composed of a frequency converter motor, a reduction mechanism, a rotor, a shell, and other parts. The motor drives the separator rotor to rotate through a deceleration mechanism, and obtains products of different fineness by adjusting the motor speed.
