Description

HVM vertical coal mill is a kind of advanced grinding equipment which is safe, environmentally friendly, energy-saving and efficient, and integrates drying, grinding, powder selection and transportation functions. It is designed and developed on the basis of extensive absorption of various advanced technologies of vertical coal mills at home and abroad and reference to a large number of engineering application experiences. The main performance and economic and technical indicators of the equipment have reached the international advanced level.

Working principle: the motor drives the grinding plate to rotate through the reducer, the material falls in the center of the grinding plate from the feed port, and the hot air enters the mill from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, materials move towards the edge of the grinding plate. When passing through the circular groove on the grinding plate, they are crushed by the grinding roller. The crushed materials are carried away at the edge of the grinding plate by the high-speed airflow at the wind ring. Large particles directly fall onto the grinding plate for re grinding. When the materials in the airflow pass through the dynamic and static separators, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding plate for re grinding. The qualified fine powder is grinded together with the airflow, The product is collected in the powder collecting device. Materials containing water are dried in the process of contacting with hot gas to reach the required product moisture.

Solution

For the treatment of materials with high moisture content, the drying capacity of vertical mill is highly required. The drying capacity of vertical mill should be taken as an important direction of equipment selection. Through the heat balance calculation of the vertical mill process system, the grinding, drying and powder selection capabilities of vertical mill should be scientifically and rationally matched. On the premise of ensuring that the materials meet the drying requirements, the grinding and powder selection output should be given full play to the best level, so as to achieve reliable, efficient Energy saving;

For the treatment of low moisture materials, since the vertical mill is essentially a material bed grinding, when the moisture of the materials to be grinded is too low, it is difficult to form a stable material layer on the grinding plate after the materials enter the vertical mill, which will cause abnormal vibration of the vertical mill and make it unable to operate stably.
