【Characteristics】

2. Great drying capacity. The vertical coal mill adopts air-swept operation. By adjusting the air temperature and air volume, it can grind raw coal with a moisture content of up to 20-30%. The drying capacity of the air-swept ball mill is limited, while the use of a vertical coal mill can solve its high moisture requirement with a large air volume.
3. The particle size of the incoming grinding is large, which can reach 5% of the diameter of the grinding roller, so the secondary grinding can be omitted for large and medium-sized mills.
4. The fineness of the product can be easily controlled by adjusting the rotor speed of the static and dynamic separator, and the fineness of pulverized coal can reach R0.08≤2%.
