Description
Bauxite, also known as bauxite or bauxite, is mainly composed of alumina, which is a hydrated alumina containing impurities and is an earth-like mineral. White or off-white, brownish-yellow or light red due to iron content. Hardness 1~3, opaque and brittle. Extremely difficult to melt. Insoluble in water, soluble in solution. Working principle of bauxite HVM vertical mill:
Mainly, the motor drives the reducer to drive the grinding disc to rotate. The materials to be ground are fed into the center of the rotating grinding disc by the air lock feeding equipment. Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials move to the periphery of the grinding disc and enter the grinding roller table. Under the action of the pressure of the grinding roller, the material is crushed by extrusion, grinding and shearing.
【Applicable materials】: limestone, calcite, dolomite, barite, talc, calcium carbonate, gypsum, bentonite, kaolin, petroleum coke, coal, etc.
【Application field】: Grinding and processing of non-flammable and explosive materials with humidity within 6% and Mohs hardness below 7 in the fields of building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy, paint, paper, rubber, medicine, food, etc.
