【Process flow】
Process I
Large pieces of calcite are transported to the raw material warehouse by special vehicles, and then sent to the jaw crusher by forklifts/manually for crushing, and crushed to a size smaller than the maximum feed size of the mill.
Process flow II
The calcite crushed by the crusher is lifted by the elevator to the storage hopper, and the storage hopper is discharged and then uniformly fed to the host by the feeder.
Process III
During the grinding process, the qualified products are screened by the screening system and then enter the collector through the pipeline. After collection, they are discharged through the discharge valve to be the finished product. The unqualified products fall into the main engine for re-grinding.
The purified air flows into the blower through the residual air duct above the dust collector. The air path is circulating. Except for the positive pressure from the blower to the grinding chamber, the air flow in the rest of the pipeline flows under negative pressure, and the indoor sanitary conditions are better.
