【Characteristics】
1. The slag vertical mill integrates crushing, drying, grinding, and grading transportation. The system is simple and the layout is compact. The floor area is about 50% of the same ball mill system, and it can be arranged in the open air, so the investment cost can be greatly reduced.
2. The slag vertical mill uses grinding rollers to directly crush and grind materials on the grinding disc, with low energy consumption, which saves 40% to 50% of energy consumption compared with the same ball mill system.
3. Since the grinding roller of the slag vertical mill is not in direct contact with the grinding disc, and the grinding roller and the lining plate are made of high-quality materials, the service life is long and the wear is less.
4. The slag vertical mill is equipped with an automatic control system, which can realize remote control and easy operation. There is also a device to prevent the direct contact between the roller sleeve and the lining plate of the grinding disc, which avoids destructive impact and severe vibration.
