The grinding performance is significantly improved and improved, and the hydraulic system is more reliable. The structure of the grinding roller sleeve and the grinding disc lining plate is continuously improved, and the grinding disc rotation speed corresponds to the different product fineness, so that the grinding method is more and more reasonable, so that the development and application of the vertical mill are further expanded.

Our company's vertical mill is a new type of energy-saving grinding equipment designed on the basis of extensive collection of various vertical mill materials at home and abroad, absorbing excellent technology and combining the characteristics of my country's cement industry. It not only has the advantages that the grinding roller can be turned out of the machine and is convenient for maintenance, but also has the characteristics that the roller sleeve can be turned over for use and has a long service life.

Advantages:


1. High grinding efficiency and low grinding energy consumption. Compared with the traditional air-swept ball mill with the same scale output, the power consumption of grinding can save about 20-40% of electricity, especially in the case of high moisture content of the raw coal, the power saving is greater.

2. Large drying capacity. The vertical coal mill adopts air-swept operation. By adjusting the air temperature and air volume into the mill, it can grind and dry raw coal with a moisture content of up to about 20%. The vertical coal mill can use a large air volume to meet its high-moisture drying requirements. .

3. The particle size of the grinding material is large, which can reach about 5% of the diameter of the grinding roller. Generally used for coal mill of 2500t/d~6000t/d clinker production line, the feeding particle size can reach 50~80mm.

4. Good controllability of grinding. The residence time of the material in the vertical mill is only 0.5 to 2 minutes, and the qualified products in the mill can be separated in time, avoiding the phenomenon of over-grinding. The fineness of the product can be controlled by adjusting the rotor speed of the dynamic and static separator. And the fineness is stable and the particle size is uniform, which is conducive to the combustion of pulverized coal, and is very suitable for grinding inferior coal and anthracite.

5. The process flow is simple, the floor area is small, the building area is small, and it can be arranged in the open air. The vertical mill integrates the five processes of crushing, grinding, drying, powder selection, and conveying. The process is simple, the layout is compact, and the floor space is small.

6. Low noise, less dust, and clean operating environment. The system works under negative pressure, no dust is flying, and the operating environment is clean.

Working principle:

The motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feed inlet, and the hot air enters the mill from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves to the edge of the grinding disc, and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the annular groove on the grinding disc. The crushed material is carried by the high-speed airflow at the air ring at the edge of the grinding disc, and the large particles fall directly on the grinding disc. Re-grinding, when the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls on the grinding disc for re-grinding, and the qualified fine powder is ground together with the airflow and collected in the powder collecting device, which is product. Moisture-containing materials are dried during contact with hot gas to achieve the required product moisture.
